At this years event, there will be two types of seating; reserved seating and general seating.

For the reserved seating, any patron at the 'Friend' level or higher, and any auction sponsor,  will be given a minimum of two reserved seats as part of their package.  Reserved seating will be in the main ballroom.  You will be assigned a table to sit at.  

Anyone that purchased general seating will be seated in the restaurants adjoining the ballroom.  While there is no reserved seating in these rooms, we will do our best to honor any requests to sit with certain people.

Requests to sit with any specific people need to be sent to sschotthoefer@gmail.com.  You will receive a reply that your request has been received.  

Everyone will have a place to sit and enjoy dinner.  Since we are unable to accomodate everyone in one room, there will be plenty of high-top tables to watch the festivities from in the ballroom when the auction and music starts.
